Optional Skill 3: [Rise Over], a Black Card Emperor exclusive skill. It cannot be upgraded or enhanced; it's a passive effect. With this skill, the Black Card Emperor can forcibly ride most black card summons (the summons don't need to have mount attributes), but each ride consumes magic points dozens of times the card star value. Note: After mastering this skill, the Black Card Emperor can only ride black card summons. Players are encouraged to explore further for details.
